All orders are processed and delivered within 2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Any attempt to cancel—whether directly or through the shipping company—before delivery will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Returns & Exchanges are available upon request and must be within 2 days of receiving the order , and the item must be unworn

Note: A handling fee of 150 EGP applies to all return & exchange requests.

Regarding the one of one pieces , Returns are only available in case there is a defect / flaw in the piece due to exclusivity of that line
